SFO-HKG-SFO in March cleared upgrades at booking.
PN is rare these days.
I would add the following flights to the list:
SFO-TPE
IAD-HND
EWR-LHR (pending on the dates).
I have been having success on US-BRU flights but note sure it is inventory or my GS status related.
Some have reported US-China flights are also flights with high rates of upgrade success.
I have found SIN to be the toughest.
