Everybody don't forget that Citibank is awful for traveling/purchases in a foreign currency: they add 3% to the exchange rate.

The best cards are from MBNA, are fee-free, and they charge 1% for foreign currency transactions. You can get the fee-free Amtrak card and transfer to an airline (not AA), or there's a bunch of rewards/cashback-type of cards to choose from as well. I put $60,000 in F/X on one in the last two years, saving myself $1,200 in Citibank fees!!
