HK Express seat selection and lounge access (Booked via CX)
Cathay agent gave me HKE PNR and told me to contact them. HKE agent told me they couldn’t help and I should talk to Cathay.

Does anyone know how to navigate this?

(Business class itinerary with CX segments and booked directly with CX).

Also I assume no issues using the lounges at HKG given it’s a J itinerary and CX codeshare (even though HKE doesn’t have J seats), but can anyone confirm? Also would I gain access to a lounge at DAD too?
