If you've read the Bulgari reviews in this thread or online at other sites, you'll find poor service a recurring theme but it's been open long enough now that it may have improved. Also, the base room size (549 sqf or 51 sqm) feels cramped due to poor layout and design. Booking above the base room would make sense. Therefore, I'm not sure that it ticks all the boxes, for me at least, and the atmosphere is very sterile. At any rate, I hope you'll write a review of your stay so we can find out what has improved or not.
Sure, happy to write a mini review after. Yea I didn’t like the layout of their base room so I booked the junior suite and hopefully I’ll get upgraded to something even better. I last stayed at Aman in their Corner Suite in 2023 (as well as FS Otemachi) so hopefully can provide a good comparison. My wife is a big jewelry fanatic so the Bulgari branding lures us in… as shallow/materialistic as it might be hah. I was comfortable booking since the more recent reviews seem pretty positive.
