I highly doubt that a customer hitting $50k MQD in a year needs the $5,000 MQD accelerator for the following year, as this would be the MQD rollover that folks have been hoping for.
Hopefully this will end the inevitable (baseless) speculation toward the end of the year on whether or not there will be a last minute announcement about MQD rollover.
