Twice now travelling in paid J YVR-FRA and LHR-YYZ the YYZ agents claimed they only work for SE and the YVR agent claimed that calling AC would be quicker.
I've had some great experiences. I flew out of LaGuardia airport as i mentioned before in the thread and was served by Niko and Zakkia who fully welcomed me as a Signature Class guest and even called me beforehand. I got a tour of both the United and Air Canada lounges and got a business card provided.
I was very very impressed.
