Possible source of empirical evidence:
pf007 who also posted upthread about not seeing an edit menu, now has 340+ posts; it seems plausible at the point the post was made however that the total was below 180. Perhaps they can come back and tell us whether they see an edit link now...

Exactly the same for me.
I did some digging on this. Wikipost editing is linked to having the "Coupon Connection Enabled" usergroup active. Ergo, you also need access to CC to be able to edit wikiposts. I have updated the wikipost in this thread to reflect this.
