It is possible, even up in F i could not see. Pilot just generically mentioned minimums and there was plenty of time to get back in the pattern, and other aircraft kept landing. That said, even as a commercially, multi-engine rated pilot (though not ATP) I have no idea on 737 specs so defer to the PIC experts on the board. The CRP fuel truck running out of gas was just funny at that point. There were other UA mainline jets at CRP so I presume diversions as the PIC mentioned being 5th or 6th in line for gas.
