Yes that should be fine. Personally I would head straight to the shower then the food. Say 20 mins from your arriving gate to clear security and arrive at lounge and 30 mins for shower. 1 Hour for food and drinks. 10 to 20 minutes to next lounge depending on location. so that leaves you 45 mins to explore the lounge and visit duty free.
