So, in a strange twist, my partner, who flew the same flight but on a different ticket (same booking class), has just received an email from BA (which was a reply to the same email I sent to BA for the ORC) which states they cannot do ORC as 'I’m sorry to say Finnair does not award Avios for your original flights, so we are unable to credit your account'.

This seems very odd considering they have given me ORC. She's Bronze but I can't imagine that has anything to do with it. Any recourse on this?
