Good:
Service. I unfortunately needed medical attention during my stay and the hotel front desk assistant manager and concierge were so kind to help me call multiple international clinics, call an ambulance as no clinic was available, and even sent a concierge staff to accompany me on ambulance then spend whole day with me in hospital. I couldn't thank them enough as foreigners seeking medical treatment in Japan were usually rejected by hospitals unless they were accompanied by licensed translators (not even Japanese speaking friends & family). They didn't even want to accept tips (In the end I insisted it, though it's not the culture in JP)
Bad:
Location was not super convenient for sightseeing. I brought my elderly parents and we had to use taxis most of the days instead of public transport.
Hope you’re feeling better.
