I’m here at the moment actually discussing this issue with my husband. We are members of Third Home and we bought a week here with the “Black” (unlimited) package. It includes a series of activities which have not been up to our expectations, we travel the world and always choose 5 star hotels, we’ve been at the four seasons in Bora Bora, Waldorf Astoria in Maldives, and we just arrived in Fiji after two amazing weeks in New Zealand. The unlimited package is a fraud because it offers a 25 ft boat which is pretty old and doesn’t have either a bathroom nor decent shade (as it’s supposed to) the guide has this hmmm weird attitude and does not provide the experience you would be expecting. We have just decided to stay at the house and enjoy the food and service, the house is great, the service is 9/10, the only thing we are concerned about is that they are always in a rush at night. Today the girl who was serving our dinner served it cold, hurried and didn’t even announce that she was leaving🤣 so when I tried the intercom to have an espresso martini there wasn’t anybody home anymore. That was at 9:20pm. Considering we paid $3,500 dlls (usd) the night and gave 2 keys from our Third Homes account. I don’t really think it’s worth it.
