Not sure what you mean by manually, but I was able to get nexus reimbursed automatically on amex plat back in dec since it codes the same as Global Entry after the fee increase:
12/12/24 - USCUSTOMS TRUSTEDTRAINDIANAPOLIS IN $120
12/15/24 - SA Global Entry Fee Credit -$120
The question was before the fee on Nexus was increased. Glad to hear that nexus is now auto-reimbursed even though it's not officially listed (unless it has been changed since I last checked).
