Filed missing miles online from flight with QR. Traveled with wife, hers already credited automatically a few days after the flight.
Got an email asking for onboard certification and boarding pass. I already threw away the BP, called QR to request for the certification but they don't issue such.
I replied to the email with the ticket attached, but after a few days, still got no reply.
What should be my next step?
Update: Just received a reply from CX after posting this, asking for an onboard certification from QR. Does this mean if I cannot submit the certification, I won't get the points?
