The only Hyatt Place I've stayed at that I would call "nice" is the HP Kent Island, MD.

HP Page / Lake Powell has a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape.

The Hyatt Places Keystone, Park City, Ocean City, and Virginia Beach Oceanfront all are useful to me given the locations, and the suite I had at the VA Beach property really was pretty decent.

Those are the only memorable ones I can think of in the US. For my money, HP is better than Courtyard which I think is the equivalent.
