B6 flies lie flats SEA -> NYC. You would have to connect to another airline because B6 doesn't fly NYC -> Albany, but that would let you do it in one stop.
Not anymore. B6 SEA-JFK utilizes its non-Mint aircraft, and is also seasonal - does not restart operations until April 30, 2025
There are currently no domestic lieflat aircraft SEA-NYC nonstop if I am not mistaken.
