Here's an article highlighting Frontier's opportunity. I've seen too much over the years to share the optimism, but only time will tell. The fundamental problem is that they're a bad airline with a bad product. And I've never heard of a low fare airline making more money by using their planes less.

Maybe they are but that doesn't mean their stock can't go up some of the time. Your take and the take of others just read like people buying this stock are too stupid to see what you see. No, they are just buying stock for other reasons than some fundamental analysis of what Frontier is and how it compares to others.
And please people stop deluding yourself thinking basic economy on a major is massively better than standard Frontier tickets. The product of the majors isn't exactly top of the line service and performance. When you do BE and have to pay for everything how is that a much better product? It's just a scheme to compete for the same last on the plane customer who is price sensitive first second and third. They don't care about network, frequency, FF plan tiers, etc. Put yourself in their shoes, is a 3 hour flight on United really that much better if you have to pay $40 more just to get inflight entertainment and free non alcoholic drinks?
