Is 7DE an example, or are typical seats to be blocked?

I have booked them (in advance) before, hence the question.
7DE are typically blocked on A319/320 and 737s, as are two paired seats in rows 23 and 25 (aimed to ensure a parent can sit with a child).

To OP, Row 12 should also become available soon. That is often not shown on seat map because (a) they may swap plane to a different variant without row 12 and (b) because on some 737-900 models all row 12 seats are E+ and on others only 12ABC are E+, while 12DEF are E. Typically UA determines about 48 hours out which actual plane will fly the route/flight so then they can open up those seats (otherwise they would either be giving away E+ seats for free or switching an E+ seat to E-, which would frustrate anyone who selected it).
