Miles are worth about 1.5 cents per mile. Citibank offers a card that rebates 5% on gas, groceries and pharmacy purchases and 1% on everything else. They are currently adding 1% extra so it's 6% and 2%. And the card is free.

AA Citibank is no longer attractive.
