AC Operates a daily 787 YVR-EWR with lie-flat but I doubt that would be cheap...

Edit: Could build SEA-YVR-EWR-ALB. I beleive you could use transit transfer to preclearance in YVR so essentially just a passport check in YVR but still a small hurdle.
