Not unless you want to fly three legs, and even then only one of them will have lie-flat seats. There are no domestic lie-flat flights out of SEA, so you'd have to connect to SFO/LAX first to catch one of the few widebody flights between the West Coast and DTW/ATL where you can connect on to ALB.
B6 flies lie flats SEA -> NYC. You would have to connect to another airline because B6 doesn't fly NYC -> Albany, but that would let you do it in one stop.
