So just a quick follow-up. I sent in a report yesterday on this issue to Flying Blue via the form on their website. Reply received this morning. I am not sure whether I am permitted to post their reply in full (maybe a mod could clarify?) but the gist is that they are aware of the issue and hope to have it fixed soon.

Obviously that's for some value of soon! But I appreciated getting a prompt response and at least they are aware. On verra...
