Does anyone know why AirFrance might not show upgrades at check-in? Checked this morning and there were 10 seats open from IAD-CDG but when I checked in this afternoon no upgrade offer was there. Tried calling too and that didn't work. Is it possible for them to provide an offer in the app or online closer to departure or just better to try and ask at the airport? Thanks!
