Stayed last year and I thought the location was great - super central, right by the river and lots of restaurants near by. Also a walking distance to the Marriott if you want to take a look (had breakfast there one morning - able to bill to the room back at the Millennium Court if we wanted). There is also a Lidl near by with a large bakery section if you want to get breakfast items + drinks and other snacks.
The hotel is pretty basic but clean and comfortable, with the added value of having a kitchen if that appeals - for the price difference I would happily go back.
