Unable to get Boarding Pass
I have attempted to check in for myself and Mrs Definitas and we are both getting a warning that our documents are not valid for the flight. However, when I go to MMB we both have green ticks to say all information is complete. Our passports have yers of validity and our Estas are valid until Dec 25. Both the App and website are showing the same message. Can anyone shed light on what, if anything is wrong?
