It took them over 6 months before they sent me any paperwork. I thought they closed the case, but little did I know that they were still on it (moving very slowly). Good thing you contacted Diners. I learned from my first time that you need to notify Diners within a certain number of days from the incident for their coverage to be effective. Diners was absolutely great - they worked with me on this one.
