I am currently at a Four Points in the United States. The hotel does not offer à la carte breakfast. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for USD 18.00 per night. The Elite Welcome Gift is limited to the cold selections without an additional charge of USD 9.00 per night. This is the first time I experienced this at a Four Points. Is this standard practice?
