Did pre-select and got the Chilean sea bass. A bit too salty for me, but if you take out the breading then it’s fine. The seabass was very juicy and sweet. The amazing thing was the flight of dessert, which was not on the menu. The brownie that was on the menu has dried out by the time I wanted to eat near the end of the flight so they offered me an off menu dessert course (milchreis, cardamom custard, passion fruit cheesecake mousse). I really liked the dessert flight.

this is the daytime flight, so they had the lunch/dinner service.
not enough people talk about karak chai. It is amazing - the cardamom one is best to use to wake up, and the saffron one is best for meals because it is milder and doesn’t overtake the flavor of other food. Will order these instead of espresso-based coffee the next time around.
