I mentioned this up thread when I emailed my Citigold rep a couple of months ago. The annual reimbursement is available to Citigold as well. The only difference is the first year as it's fully reimbursed just for PC. If you are interested in applying as Citigold, double check with your rep as things can certainly change since.
