Correct! They are two different things.

The former details a subset of fare classes that are eligible at booking for MVPG, not all are.

The later is saying that 75K & 100K are eligible at booking on any non-Saver fare.

Both are correct, no bugs. The benefit is a feature of Mileage Plan for AS, QX, and OO flights. Is it your position that there would be a carve out for MVPG and MVP Elites only on HA flights?
