Terminal B is indeed TBIT, 10 minutes brisk walk through the connector, another 10 minutes from the connector to T3, and then on to the gate. If you have not done the walk before probably a bit of extra time to navigate. The connector is on level 5, same level as the Qantas/Oneworld lounges.
