Long Haul Economy seating
Hello, what is Air France procedure for opening up from row seats in long haul Y? I would like the bulkhead, but it shows blocked (unavailable as opposed to occupied).

Do they reserve them for bassinets? Although 19 ABC do not have bassinets according to Aerolopa...

Booking as platinum if that makes any difference
