This isn't the AF concierge service, so I doubt it. Let's not even talk about AF's concierge service since out of 6 times we tried using it, twice they didn't even show up.

These services, IMHO, are a great insurance for short connections because the right service and agent can really get you through quickly. They are also really good for those who don't have familiarity with the airport. But I also think that such a service should be provided by AF by default to Ultis at CDG during short connections. After all, the money I spend on these services, perhaps I'd spend more on flying with AFKL.

I am fully with you on this. This is one of the reasons I've taken my business away from AF's concierge service to a third party. I am not going to give AF money for something (1) they should be doing anyway for Ultis (2) they deliver an inferior experience on for more money.
