Really glad this one worked out for you. I've had two experiences with these guys now, and both have been great. Same thing; in front of each line and between 2F and 2E in 10 mins. I have another one coming up with them because I have a 1hr 15 min connection this coming weekend during rush hour, so while they're expensive, I am ok spending some money to improve my chances of making my shorter connections.
i’m obviously very happy for you that you enjoy the service and make your connecting flights. On the other hand, I do hope that not too many of us book and pay for the service, but instead keep on pressuring flying blue to provide reliable assistance in the case of short connections. We really shouldn’t be paying for this. When too many of us do, they will not feel the need to offer that service as a status benefit - when in fact they really should!
