I know it does, but I have responded with my disappointment and given them a chance to recover. I'd rather give the process a chance to fix itself. After all that's why these people are employed.

I also want to avoid pinging Ben Smith or Anne Rigail, or other contacts I have at AFKL, because just a month ago they helped resolve an issue my parents had with the concierge service. In the end, it sucks, but I also don't want to just keep bouncing things into their inboxes. Of course, if nothing happens then I am considering bringing it up via other channels. Having reach is nice, abusing it is not.
