12 years of Amex Platinum and never used this once. Then, our flight was cancelled and AF/KLM refused to cover the expense of our new flight despite the support line saying they would. After a lot of futile back and forth I called the claim line and they told me ‘technical reasons for cancellations’ are not covered. Absolutely useless, heh.
