Consequently I didn’t get bonus points on my Amex Marriott card. It’s a pretty silly problem - you’d think they’d have updated their merchant info with credit card processing systems since the rebranding but I guess not. I’ll try to work it out with Amex… wanted to share anyways as a warning to others.
Hi exactly the same happened to me recently- last week regarding AMEX. Did you get it resolved - not sure I can be bothered?
What I did fix was the 700 Bonvoy points posted instead of the 8000 earned. Ambassador team fixed it quickly but I’m beginning to wonder if it was originally just the F&B spend, and is also probably related to the legacy links to The Address prior to the takeover.
