All AS elites are eligible for status match, earn EQM on HA ticketed flights, and can transfer miles freely between the 2 programs.

Further reinforcement for my belief that ALK could provide AS elites extra comfort seats on HA consistent with MP if they wanted to, yet another reason to be concerned that HA flights between the State of Hawaii and Mainland US will keep the current policy - even after the carriers and award programs are merged.
