Let the speculation begin! Maybe it will be akin to the Loyalty Point Rewards on AA where you can continue to earn rewards like upgrade certificates even after you hit the loyalty point threshold for Executive Platinum.
Was about to post this as well. Maybe they listened to us here on FlyerTalk complain that there is no reason to fly Delta beyond $28K in spend!
