A YouTuber by the name of Noel Philips did a trip on Frontier where he purchased everything you could possibly purchase and drove his ~$50 ticket up to $350 or something like that. I’m almost certain he bought refundability as part of that. Maybe you can find the video. He’s pretty entertaining. And all he vlogs about is flying commercial aircraft all over the world.
