Here are the menu choices for my upcoming LAX-LHR flight:
1. Roasted Bone-in Airline Chicken Breast with wild mushroom fricassee, roasted potatoes and haricot verts
2. Seared beef short rib with Bordelaise sauce, charred cauliflower and cherry tomatoes
3. Seared cod with shio koji butter sauce, red potatoes, peas and cherry tomatoes
4. Roasted balsamic butter cauliflower with ricotta white bean puree, fried cherry tomatoes, garlic kale, toasted almonds and red chili flake
What would you recommend? TIA.
I've had good luck with the bone-in chicken and rib eye.
