For a 4 hour layover, I'd go to the AF lounge. It's a 10 mins brisk walk each way from main TBIT terminal and has significantly better F&B than the Skyclub.
Also, be careful to stay air-side when walking between T3 and TBIT. I once mannaged to miss the connector walkway heading out of TBIT :-)
Thank you! Seems like I will land at "Terminal B" and my LAX-LAS flight is from Terminal 3. I guess Terminal B and TBIT is the same just different names? How much time should I calculate on needing when exiting the AF lounge and heading to boarding for Delta First at Terminal 3? Any security checks or passport controls?
