So, you should check out Clarke Quay on Google Maps and see how to get there along the river from the Four Points. You may find some of the bars and restaurants directly across the river from the hotel are also still open but I'd still recommend you walk to Clarke Quay where there are proper pubs and that.

If you don't mind going off brand then years and years ago (before I got caught up in all the SPG excitement) I stayed numerous times at the Swissotel Merchant Court at Clarke Quay which is now called the Paradox. You could not get closer to the bars around the river there and at that time of night I would personally prioritise convenience over an additional night on the lifetime Bonvoy counter.
Again, great info. Thanks.
I have switched over to the Four Points. Looks like an easy 15 minute walk along the river, so easy to pop out on arrival if I am in the mood to grab some drinks.
Will just plan to chill in the morning, maybe just take an aimless walk before heading to the airport.

Appreciate all the advice and info.
