Lindner Hamburg is part of Lindner Hotels AG. That's the corporation which declared insolvency! The majority of Lindner properties are in other corporate structures such as Lindner Hotel Mallorca SA, Lindner Hotels Wien GmbH, Lindner Hotels Antwerpen NV, etc.
Recent news about the restructuring of Lindner Hotels AG does not sound all that promising (disclaimer: I have no insider perspective, I'm merely reading regional hospitality media).
I'd play it safe and go for another property. In Hamburg, I can recommend the Crowne Plaza which is the same price category, but actually nicer than the Lindner.
