You appear to be mixing up two (unrelated) topics....

Ratio is terrible but anyway...
These vouchers appear to be for "general" use; they're vouchers you can spend at SNCF. SNCF does not sell Air+Train tickets - these are sold only by Air France.. If and when you want to travel on SNCF - completely unrelated to your Air France and/or Flying Blue trips - at least you now have an option to either use up Flying Blue miles, or to earn Flying Blue miles, for travel on all SNCF trains, and not just the limited number of routes that are offered as Air+Train tickets.

Again, these vouchers are for "general" travel across the SNCF network. They are NOT linked into the "Air+Train" tickets.

You buy Air+Train tickets directly from Air France. You use these vouchers for any other travel you may wish when buying tickets directly from SNCF.

You can buy your Air+Train ticket - from Air France -right up to the end of the current booking window, as has always been the case.

Here's an example of a ticket from Valence (XHK) to London for travel in December 2025

You would be advised to book an Air+Train ticket in the normal way as was always possible.

In any case, if you're travelling to the airport from anywhere else in the country that doesn't offer Air+Train tickets, and you decide to use the train, and you decide to use one of these vouchers to get you there (so that you can get extra FB miles), then as always it is your responsibility to get to the airport of departure in time to complete all check-in/security/emigration formalities - just as if you were travelling by your own car, by bus, or by any other means.
