I'd be surprised if there aren't better options than the Hilton Sorrento.

Only been there once but nothing special for Diamonds as I remember, no upgrade, no late checkout, plus noisy corridors as they were not fully carpeted (usual for Mediterranean) and the doors to the rooms weren't very solid.

I am sure something with more character and more Italian would be better.
