GS MM companion was the victim of UA78 cancellation NRT-EWR. A GS agent met them at the arriving ANA gate in NRT, escorted through security, and helped finalize the rebooking for same-day service in upgraded J back to BOS. Thumbs-up for NRT GS agents!
