Use of Salesforce Agentforce at Heathrow

This is not strictly related to BA but is related to Heathrow experience and T5. I saw recently adverts for Salesforce Agentforce being used at Heathrow airport to improve customer experience (but can't see this technology on the Heathrow website or mobile app, as far as I can see....). Has anyone experienced this technology in-use at LHR?
