Went through on Sunday in the middle of January and as a US citizen with global entry, no security and no line for a CBP agent, was through in 5 minutes from entering the pre clearance section to the gate. Spent quite a bit of time in the Liffey lounge (former T2 lounge) before entering and left a bit early since there were some horror stories of long lines but thankfully didn't need it.
