I just got transferred making a multiple night booking for the Hyatt Regency JFK at Resorts World. The rep for the "luxury hotels" - this property is functional, but I wouldn't describe it as luxury - asked similar questions as above in terms of expected arrival time and purpose of stay. I ended up having to repeat the request since I had provided the same information verbatim to the reservations agent. I guess regular reservations agents will now only be able to handle bookings at HH/HP since anything higher seems to be deemed a luxury property?
